Understanding Your Stuttering
A free online workshop for adults who stutter
If you've ever wondered why your stuttering changes from day to day, why certain situations feel easier than others, or why speaking can sometimes feel effortless and other times incredibly difficult, you're not alone.
Explore your own experiences in a supportive, judgment-free environment alongside others who stutter.
Why understanding your stuttering matters
Most of us have spent years trying to change the way we speak.
But many of us have never had the opportunity to truly understand our stuttering.
We may have learned speech techniques or been told to slow down, take a breath, or think before we speak. We may have spent years trying to hide our stuttering or wondering why some days feel easier than others.
But understanding your stuttering is different.
When you begin to understand how stuttering works—and how it shows up in your own life—you can begin making choices based on understanding instead of frustration, fear, or guesswork.
And that understanding can become the foundation for whatever comes next.
Whether your goal is greater confidence, more comfort, stronger relationships, more authentic communication, or something entirely your own, understanding gives you a place to begin.
We'll all start in the same place—understanding. But where you go from there is up to you.
Your destination might be more confidence, more comfort, more authenticity, stronger relationships, or simply feeling freer to speak.
Understanding is universal. The destination is personal.
